ZircoFlex I - a flexible ceramic heatshield
This is ZircoFlex in its single thickness (original) format. The material offers superb thermal performance at minimal weight and minimal thickness. It is produced as a thin aluminium backed foil that is :
- Flexible : It is easily bent and manipulated to suit different geometries, and can even be folded tightly through 180° without damaging the thermal barrier.
- Lightweight : weighing only 0,46 kg/m²
- Extremely thin : (0,25 mm overall) needing only minimal space for installation
- Aluminium backed, so the material is robust and easy to handle
- Easily cut and installed by hand or machine
- Easily fixed in place using mechanical fasteners or high temperature adhesives (supplied separately by Zircotech)

- Sheet 450 x 550 mm
- Sheet 900 x 550 mm
- Mini roll 100 x 400 mm
